WHAT'S IN A NAME?

In 2003, we were offered a taste of the most mind blowing sushi roll in Singapore. We had to find out what it was called. "DFG!" the Chef said. 
"What does that stand for?", we asked. "Dang Freaking Good", the Chef replied. Fast forward to 2013, when it came time to choosing a name, there was only one name that would match the level at which we wanted to satisfy our customers. However, we specialized in noodles. So the name became DFG Noodles.  Now, our customers affectionately refer to us as DFG. Our concise menu takes you on a scrumptious tour around Southeast Asia with our version of famous dishes such as Indonesian Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng) to Singapore curry noodles and so much more.
